死亡 - week 95

 

Well I did it guys. (I guess). This is my last week. This Friday I head back to the bu (mission office). So missionary works is over Thursday night. Then I have Friday till Monday as a missionary. I cannot say if it's been slow or fast. I'm leaning towards fast but idk haha. Anyways my week was fire

Last pday we went with our friend to the reservoir. It was super pretty, I loved it.

Later that night we had some finding which was great. Finding has been alot better recently. We found a super cool guy. His name is Henry 王. He is very humble.

Tuesday we went to 中壢 zhongli for a baptism interview and district council and afterwards ate fire 牛肉麵, beef noodles. They are so good. My favorite part it all you can eat ice cream. once we got back to our area we did some studies then had a 請客. Member meal. It was very awesome. They got a ton of food and ok the way out they gave us so much fruit haha. After that we did finding and had some lessons and also another baptismal interview. 

Wednesday was a pretty Great day we had finding and found two lit homies. Then ate lunch and had studies. Also I had another baptismal interview yay! I love them so much。 we had some great lessons then had a fun english group :)

Thursday we had exchanges with the elders in my district. I went with Elder Craghead. It was really fun. We did some finding then stoped at a members home for a little visit. It was so great! They are so kind. We then ate subway which is so fire but so dang expensive. After we hit some finding then a couple lessons! We also had a 請客, my friend from taipei came down and we ate dinner with him and also he gave me some cool stuff!

Friday we went to 桃園 taoyuan, which is the ZLs area, for exchange. It was so fire. I went with Elder Cribbs. Me and him came to taiwan together and will finnish next Monday aswel. We had a very fire exchange and laughed alot and worked hard and overall had a great day! 

Saturday we had a crazy lesson then did some finding. After finding a lesson lunch and studies. After those we did some more finding and found some homies. Then we had a 請客, member meal. It was fun. They are so kind here. After we had our RC lesson with Jason and his daughter Hannah. They are the best.  His daughter is only 9 but loves praying and Jesus Christ!

We then confirmed all the homies to church 

Sunday was a great last Sunday here in longtan. Next Sunday I won't be doing missionary work. That will be weird. But Sunday was great. I gave a little testimony. We also had 11 friends come to church which was amazing. What a great last Sunday. The member's are all soo nice! After church we had a little 聚餐,  lunch party, with some of the members which was great! Then we headed home did studies and planning after our new rc Hannah and Jason came and picked us up and we had dinner together. So that was very special. Apparently the little girl who is 9 loves to listen to Eminem . That's so funny! We had a great dinner together. They also got a new cat which is so cute. Anyways fire Sunday ：）

That was my week.

Today we went to an old street and also biked around with the district. and we saw some cool stuff including a suspension bridge. Overall a good last pday! I'm very happy.

I want to share my simple testimony that I know the power of Jesus Christ's atonment is infinite !

速度與激情九 - Week 93

This week was great. We had good time! 

After pday last monday (9日) we had an interesting lesson. The guy was not very interested. He was a referal from other missionaries. After we did some finding and yeah.

10日（周二） we went over to 中壢 zhong li for district council, it was great, we then ate lunch together. After that we headed back to our area. It's a decently long travel. We got back and bad some studies and also lessons + finding. 

11日（周三） we did a fat block of morning finding. These three days monday Tuesday and Wednesday, we didn't find a single soul haha. Oh well. We had our english group and a couple lessons so that was good. 

12日（周四） was a great day, we found some friends!!! We had some fun lessons on the word of wisdom. That's always a big one here. So yeah a bunch of lessons and some gold finding. We ate some burger King because we wanted the new jurassic world cup, we thought it was a plastic cup or something but it was paper .  

13日（周五）we had some great finding and stacked lessons at night. As a mission we are getting better at having many lessons and people to church. Its pretty insane. When I first got to taiwan for the first many transfers we didn't go that crazy. God's work is truly hastening and I can witness that. 

14日（周六）we were going to have a lesson with this one guy but he was so late that we had to cancel and just set up next time lol. But we had a different lesson which was one of the best lessons we have had! It was so great. Later that night a member that I know came down to visit so we ate dinner together. That was . 

 15日（周日）Sunday was great, I was supposed to give a 15 minute talk but the people talked alot so it was only 5 minutes which was good ig. After church we had a meeting and also we had one of our friends give us lunch so that was very yummy and awesome. We then had all our studies, planning and contacting. Then a great lesson with our friend Olivia from china. She is pretty lit. Her accent is pretty fun. And we had a great lesson on prayer and reading and she seems down to do it!

16日（周一）

We had district council and ate some fire beef noodles with all you can eat ice cream and drinks. It was great. We also had some finding. We got a great referal and we found some others which was great. We then had two pretty great lessons

17日（周二）today is our pday. So that we can go to the temple, turns out my temple recommend is expired so I couldn't go in for ordinances. It's so unfortunate . 

The missionary work has been great. I'm just trying to make my last two weeks or so the best I can. No regrets. I don't have alot of time but hope I can make a big impact. We will see.

水族館+洗禮會 - Week 92

This week was a super fire week for real ! No cap. We had many fun stuff this week and it was super weird it went by very quick. Time is so speedy soon enough it will be gone . So I need to make the best of it.

Last monday that member come down to us and we had fire food and we went to a sick waterfall. We had some good lessons and that was our day.

Tuesday we went up to taoyuan city 桃園市 for zone conference. It was my last one but it was a fire one! We talked about teaching and focusing on the savior. Also focused on teaching simply. I think these will all be helpful for the future, now and after the mission. I also gave my Departing testimony. That was very fun! We then traveled back to our area and we had some fire lessons and did some finding.

Wednesday we had district council and we had lessons and finding and also english group. It all was pretty fun and a decent day. We had a good lesson with our friend Ivy. She is pretty lit. 

Thursday was pretty cool day I guess. This week we didn't find like any new friends. But it's okay. We had a morning lesson with this guy and he, idk how to help him, he set up to meet again in like 3 weeks. So he probably won't progress much. Anyways we went finding in a new place. It was near a park near the military base. They had a cool ropes course playground. We then had lunch and studies. We then spent some of our day looking for this referal because his phone number is broken. We didn't find him. But the area we went to was new so that was fun. Later we had some more lessons. One of which was with our friends husband. He came in with a map of taiwan and started talking to us about the geology of it lol. That was interesting 

Friday was kind of an adventure. My companions toenail wasn't doing too well so we went and got some stuff to help with that. We had some good lunch and some fun interactions. We also spent alot of time calling formers. Then had some lessons and cooked some steak at home. That was tasty. But we put too much salt on it. Oh well

Saturday we had a 請客 (member meal). It was pretty lit we went to their house afterwards and yeah. After that we biked all the way back to the chapel. It took like an hour lol. But it was a fun ride. We also had a bunch of lessons so that was good! We had an awesome lesson with our new convert and daughter.

Sunday we had the new converts daughters baptism service. It was after church. It was very awesome. We are so happy to see her get baptised. She is only 9 years old but has alot of faith in Christ. Same with her dad. They are both so awesome. The dad got the aronic priesthood and baptized her. That was very special. And a great end to the week!

The mission has been a wonderful experience. It is still hard even now. I still don't know everything and when I go home I still won't have figured out missionary work. I feel you are always learning and changing. It's a very cool experience.

Today we ate a all you can eat BBQ grill we then went to the aquarium it was so lit.
