Last Week MTC (Week 8)

Hey everyone. I'm excited to say I'm leaving this week. we Leave the MTC at 4:30 this Thursday. the we leave from salt lake city at 8:30 and fly to san francisco and arrive round 9:50. we then have to wait for 2:30 pm and fly from Ca to Taiwan. we will arrive 6:45 pm September first. Not sure if its Utah time or Taiwan time. 

This week at the MTC has been the same. we have taught some Chinese lessons just to some people who help you teach. Its like a practice. The guy we taught showed us some pictures of Taiwan because he went recently. I'm so excited to leave here and start real missionary work. Its probably going to get a lot harder but also a lot funner. My Chinese is coming along. I know when i get on the Island its gonna be a lot different. I'm so excited to go and experience the culture. I think that will be really cool

WEEK 7 MTC

This week has been alright I think. I have been here at the mtc for too long. It's basically the same thing over and over. But still try to find the good and have fun. I'm ready to leave and go to Taiwan already. I'm so grateful I could receive the same mission call as my dad. So cool and also something to remind me god loves us and knows us each personally. I'm excited to get out of here. but I'm also nervous about the language. But I know if god needs me then he will put words in my mouth If I just try my best. I'm really excited for the plane flight. Even though it will be super long, it's really exciting. If I always have a positive attitude and always try to have fun throughout my mission I know I'll be able to enjoy it. I'm grateful to go to Taiwan and teach people there about Jesus Christ and how families can be together forever. One of the most important things to me is family. Anyways, we went to the temple today and did baptisms for the dead. That was a cool experience. I'm ready to get out of this place. Just have to make it a little over one more week and I'll be in Taiwan.

WEEK 6 MTC

This week has been the same as always. Me and my companion and another companion ship went and did initiatories. It was a nice reminder of those blessings. The Chinese is still coming along. It's going to be really hard right when I get to Taiwan, but also so fun. I want to get some real food. Nothing much really happened this week. Two of the districts we liked left. A Portuguese and Mandarin district left. We have under 3 weeks left so that great. Its going to be crazy when I just hop on a plane and go to Taiwan. But it will be a cool experience. Hopefully I can get my visa and go straight there. If I don't it will be cool to serve two different places. but hopefully I still get my visa. cya, love yall

WEEK 5 MTC

This week has been good. Just the same thing as usual. I'm glad yesterday was Sunday because it was more relaxing. The Chinese has been going well. I'm excited to be leaving but I still have a long way to go here at the Mtc. This morning I'm going to the temple so that should be good. I'm excited for Taiwan especially because I love Chinese culture. I know that my Chinese will improve and eventually come with the help of Jesus. I'm so grateful for everything I've done.
